I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
Please check out this article and make sure you follow all the steps in order to overcome the issue. Also please try upgrading to the latest available version.
Could you please also try to increase the Silverlight connect timeout (please refer to the screenshot attached).
If the issue is still reproducible we will need more information such as logs and steps to reproduce. The best way to proceed in such cases is to provide us with the test case and access to your application so we can reproduce the behavior in house.
