Always working unexpected Unable to run testlist remotely

Telerik is not working as expected.

We first had issues while scheduling the testlist. We followed up on several ticket. After reinstalling scheduling did worked, but we had a performance issues. Now we upgraded RAM, again telerik started bheaving sporadically.

We resinstalled after RAM upgradation with no missing steps, as suggested in telerik videos.

While running list remotely, the remote machine status is shown as busy but the machine which has scheduling server and test studio do not communicate with the execution servers.

Please find the attached logs and let us know the solution.

Also we really regret not having a timely support having contacted you many times through support tickets even with all the logs and and screenshots http traffic provided.

Please provide us the solution for the same. Also kindly let us know if we can have a phone assistance or remote web assistance.

Hi Jana,

I see this in the log over and over again:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.29.164:55555

This implies there is some sort of communication problem between the machine that is acting as the scheduling server and the execution server machine at 192.168.29.164. The scheduling server is trying to contact the execution server to give it instructions to run a test but something on that machine is blocking the TCP connection request.

This could be Windows Firewall or a third party firewall/anti-virus product. This network connection problem must be fixed. Can your IT people assist with this?

If they are convinced the network connectivity is fine, then I'll setup a GoToMeeting to look at this problem with you.

We are still not able to make telerik test studio productive for us. We are able to run small testscripts remotely that  too not on all machines simultaneously.
Please set up the web meeting asap any time on Monday. (preferably IST)
