I'm sorry you running into this problem. This is happening because the test is not running in an interactive desktop session. Tests that need to handle dialogs, move the mouse, or send keystrokes must be executed on an unlocked machine with full interactive desktop permission.

, the only way to make a task run interactively via Windows Task Scheduler is to select the "Run only when user is logged on" radio button.
