Hello,
My company purchased the new "Telerik RadControls Q2 2008" package. I am following the instructions from the Telerik website, but on the page:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/installaddingtovstoolboxnet2.html

...it refers to the DLL, "Telerik.Web.UI.dll" in the bin folder of the installed package (c:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET Q2 2008\bin). However, I don't have a "bin" folder after I installed this package.
I checked the Trial versions, and it appears to be in there, but not my "Dev" version. Am I missing a step in the instructions??

My ...\Telerik\RadControl for ASP.NET Q2 2008 folder has the following folders only:
\DeploymentActions
\Help
\NET1
\NET2

Please let me know where I can get the \Bin folder, and how to locate the "Telerik.Web.UI.dll" file. Thanks!!

How to persist state

Hi,
I am going to use a tree view on a master page and as users navigate from page to page I would like to have the tree maintain its state (i.e. whatever nodes are collapsed/expanded/selected) going from page to page.
What is the recommended way of doing this?

Editor Installation Issue

Hi,
Recently I downloaded and tried installing Rad Editor 7.2 for MOSS 2007. During the installation, it aborts the process by throwing an error message... Cannot find the path specified and some virtual directory canot be created. Is there any workaround to fix this issue?

I tried installed it in my local machine and server as well.
But in both the systems, the installation halted with the same error!!!

Extra column header multi-col span

I would like to be able to have an additional column header that spans multiple columns so that the multiple columns are under a column heading. I saw another post about how to use the GridTemplateColumn/HeaderTemplate/ItemTemplate to achieve this, but I don't see how this will work when I have field values that are of type GridCheckBoxColumn and still be able to get an automatic editmode to come up.

[Solved] Font Color of the Calendar

Hi all,

I want to set the font color to red when the date is holiday. The skin i am using is Outlook. But when I set the Forecolor of a SpecialDay to red, it is still showing black to me. Anyone can help. Thx so much.

Scolling Feature of Radgrid

I have set the paging to off so that all record will show in one page. And I want to fixed the height of the grid, so I wano know if the grid provide a scollling feature to cope with this situation? If so, how to user it? Thanks.
