I am using the Q3 ajax version and I read this:

It provides a list of skins.
The list includes Forest, #13, which isn't in the embedded skins, it appears. And doesn't include Default2006, which is.

Hello Moon,
The reason for your observation is that the Forest skin will become official very soon with the release of our Q3 2008 RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.
On the other hand, the Default2006 skin is embedded in the assembly and will continue to be embedded, however, we have marked it as obsolete and don't encourage people to use it anymore.

I hope Telerik still keeps to maintain it and keeps it in the embedded.

Hi Jason,
There was a strong demand to keep the Default2006 skin embedded when we announced that it will be removed, so we gave up the idea and will continue to maintain it and ship it together with the other embedded skins.
