Hello!

I have discovered a problem with the ToolTip control when it is used in modal mode. If a user click on the page when the modal layer is displayed, the layer will not unload againg unless you reload the page.

The problem also present on the demo site: http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/ToolTip/Examples/Modality/DefaultCS.aspx

Stopping Multiple Hierarchical Grid Editing

Hi,

I have created a hierarchical grid, containing 3 grids. It is possible to edit all three grids. However When I go to edit the first level, then select a lower level and select that edit button, when I go to do anything else I get the following error:

Failed to load viewstate. The control tree into which viewstate is being loaded must match the control tree that was used to save viewstate during the previous request. For example, when adding controls dynamically, the controls added during a post-back must match the type and position of the controls added during the initial request.

I have tried setting the AllowMultiRowEdit property to false, but this only seems to stop multiple editing of the top level, still allowing a user to click edit in the lower levels. Can you give me some information on how I could go about stopping the user from editing any radgrid including the lower levels.

All controls getting disable

Hi,

When i try to export data from RAD GRID to excel sheet, data is transfering to excel sheet but all controls in web page is disabled.

When scrolling the pane that contains the radUpload control, both the text box and select buttons do not display correctly. I have already tried the solution recomended on: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/upload_troubleshootingselectbuttonposition.html
and the problem still persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rad ComboBox Drop Down

DatePicker Calendar OnDayRender

Hi there,
I was using the RadDatePicker and customizing its Calender's innerHTML via the OnDayRender client side event. This seems to have changed with the latest Q1 release and no longer works. In the case of the
OnDayRender(claendarInstance,args)
the args.get_date()[0] doesn't work because the args object appears to be a PopUpButton object and not the Date Triplet like it was before. So what the deuce? Can I get to the Date Triplet from the PopUpButton Args?

Table Wizard

Hi Telerik Team,

We've found a few little bugs within r.a.dEditor. I'm wondering if you have a solution or possible workaround for them.

If we already have a table with content created and then try to modify it with the "Set Table Properties" (Table Wizard), we notice the following problems:

In the Table Design tab:

When the column span or row span option is used, the text in the spanned cell is lost. Can this be changed so that instead of deleting the text, the text from both cells is merged (like in Word)?
You should be able to add a row to the bottom of the cell that is highlighted. Instead, it always adds a row to the bottom of the table. There is no consistency of operation in relation to the add Column function, which correctly adds a column to the left of the cell that is highlighted.
You should be able to delete the column of the cell that is highlighted. Instead, it always deletes the right-most column.
You should be able to delete the row of the cell that is highlighted. Instead, it always deletes the bottom row of the table.

In the Table Properties tab:

Border: You can change the thickness of the outside border, but cannot change the thickness of the cell border lines.
In the horizontal and vertical boxes are options to turn various outside border lines on/off and various inside border lines on/off. The way these toggle switches work is not intuitive. If you click on a toggle that shows only the left outside border, you would think that it would remove all lines except the left border. Instead, it only affects the outside border by turning off the top, right & bottom border….. it does not affect the inside borders at all. Equally speaking, if you hit the toggle to show only vertical inside borders, it does not affect the outside border at all.

When we have a paragraph that contains both bold and normal text, and make it Bulleted, for some reason all text is automatically changed to bold and cannot be unbolded unless we edit the html code. This has happened to the text above the red asterisks. Originally, the word Border was bold and the rest was normal. As soon as I made the paragraph a bulleted item, all text including and after the word Border changed to bold (including the text in this paragraph). Can this be fixed?

In Microsoft Word, when you highlight text, you have the ability to click and drag the highlighted text to a new location. I noticed this cannot be done in radEditor. You have to use cut and paste. Could this drag and drop functionality be implemented in radEditor?
