RadComboBox makefirstmatch doesn't work when using AjaxManager

I'm having an issue with setting the RadComboBox property "MakeFirstMatch" equal to "true" when using it with the RadAjaxManager. I get the following exception: "Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid."

It works perfectly fine when "MakeFirstMatch" is set to false... am I trying to do the impossible?

RadNumericTextBox Client Events

I have a User Control that is being displayed as a RadGrid Edit control. In the User Control I have 3 Rad Numeric Text Boxes that the user may change, these are then totaled into a fourth Rad Numeric that is read only. I had a javascript function written that was updating the total box and it was assigned to each of the other three's OnBlur ClientEvent. This was all working (in Promethus) until I upgraded to the latest release of ASP.NET Ajax. Now I get a function (updateTota) not defined.

I have a master page with a RadAjaxManager and Script manager on it. The page with the grid has a RadAjaxProxy along with a radComboBox and radGrid. The Grid uses the user control when and edit is selected. When the edit user control is displayed I get the function not defined error.

Any help would help as I have tried everything I can thing of. Not sure if I maybe somhow need to now tie into the scriptmanager to write out the javascript so it can be seen??????

[Solved] Portal docks disappearing when saving state

Hello,

I've taken a copy of the code from the My Portal demo and when running it am having a problem I can't solve.

Running the online demo works with no problems. When running the local project I can add docks to either zone. The problem arises when either moving them around, minimising or clicking in the dock title - all the docks disappear.

From what I've been able to work out every second time RadDockLayout1_saveDockLayout fires the call to GetRegisteredDockState returns an empty collection. This empty collection is then saved to session

Is there something obvious that I've missed?

pass in null, but save as '01/01/1900'

I explicitly pass in null, but save as '01/01/1900/ to database table.

I pass in null, but both "Shipped" and Billed are saved as '01/01/1900'.
even when I pass newValues["Shipped"], which is null, but still it was saved
as '01/01/1900'.

Panelbar script causing Warning: Unresponsive script error

Hi,

I am loading multiple controls using a RadTabstrip and RadMultipage combination. For the RadMultipage I have set RenderSelectedPageOnly flag to true, with one usercontrol on each pageview. On one of my controls I have a radpanelbar which hosts several RadPanelItem which intern host radcharts. After selecting a few different tabs (hence loading different controls) I get the following error in firefox (same for IE) Warning: Unresponsive script. When I debug the error I find myself within the javascript functions associated with RadPanelEventArgs:
_windowLoadHandler
->__callRadShow
->__repaintPanelBarItems
->get_expandedItems
->__findItemByHierarchicalIndex

I am quite surprised that I am within these functions as the panelbar is not being shown but I guess the event is still being fired!

When i take the radpanelbar out everything behaves as expected, but obviously I would like to keep it in; is there something I should be doing. Sorry I do not have an example to hand so hopefully I have provided enough information for you to go on!

RadWindow Accross different pages

Hello there,
I am gonna use a framesets which contains multiple aspx pages. And from one of them I popup a Radwindow. By default that windwo is restricted in the page which creates it.
Is there some way that I can make the Radwindwo move across all pages in frameset?

EnableHistory

Hello,
I have a question about the EnableHistory property on RadAjaxManager.
I've set this property to true, but when I do a javascript:history.back on page, ajax controls on the parent page loses its state. (selecteditems etc)

From the documentation I've read that I must enable Ajax History points. Is it true that this is only available on 3.5 extensions scriptmanagers ? When are these extensions scheduled for a final release ?
