If I select an image and set the border width to 5 and then the border color to something (let's say lime) in the editor I won't see the border in the editor. The generated HTML is this:

If I change that to:


I get to see the border in the editor. Any reason why it works this way?

Also, selecting white from the color dropdown actually removes the color rather than changing it to white. If the function is to remove the color then I think having a white box with an "x" inside is more suggestive. But if this is the case, how can I change the border to white?

My question is, how do I refresh the pager controls.  Problem is, paging is working perfectly fine except when I do a search that returns like 20 results the first time, it will display say 2 pages(10/page), but when I do another keyword search which returns only 1 result, the number of pages still says 2 instead of just 1.  I cant seem to find any refresh functionality for the grid..plz advice.

I'm trying to populate a treeview in a combo box with data from a dataset.  The data is a heirical dataset and binding outside of the webcombo works fine.  But when I put the tree into the item template  I can no longer access the treecontrol - so when I load the page I thought I cold just do webcombo.findcontrol("treename") - cast that to a tree control and bind - but keep getting null object... This is my first attempt at using a Telerik control - can someone point me in the right direction?  Need to know how to bind to a tree nested in a webcombo?  Do I bind to the combo and let it propigated to the tree?

when i click edit, the grid row becomes editable and i will be selecting one or more node's checkboxes and select a value from a dropdown in the next column.

on click of update i need to read the selected nodes id values and the value in the dropdown and pass it to a server method to save the changes to the DB.

after clicking update, the grid is still showing update,cancel links which should be reset to edit link.

how to do this kind of operation in radgrid. any idea? my columns in grid looks something like this.

When I close any documentation web-page on the telerik website, (i.e. the ones with a black background, for RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX), it crashes my running instance of I.E. 7. Has anyone else noticed this?

It only seems to happen when they're closed, rather than navigating away to another screen.

Any other pages, e.g. forums, don't cause this issue.

Hi,

I have a RAD Grid which has insert option in it. I am using 

AllowAutomaticInserts="true". When user clicks on the insert link it insert record. But it adds another empty row after insertion is done.

Please let me know how i can change the mode insert mode after inserting the record.

I would like to add a radtooltip to a RadGrid row and/or to a column on the row.  The column would have a details icon that when hovered over will display all the details for the row.  Is this possible?

Is is possible to disable rad Editing of an apointment and use a custom Form for Editing? But I still want to be able to drag and edit duration of an appointment.

Ok there are two type of editing an appointment by setting the following property
1. EnableAdvancedForm = True (Redirects to rad Advanced form editing)
2. EnableAdvancedForm = False (Allows to edit the subject of the App on the schedular)

I have used the Second option and now on the client side double click event, I pop up  my custom aspx page.The pop up works but the focus sets back to the base form and the selected appointment goes in the edit mode.

Is there a work around ?

I need to localize the expand collapse column of the rad grid. I use a RadGrid with one Detailtable.

I cannot find the Property that holds the information about the tooltip of the "+" and "-" symbol.
