Test Studio VS plugin has the following additional prerequisite: - IDE: Visual Studio 2008 Professional or above with SP1, or Visual Studio 2010 Professional, or Visual Studio Team Edition
- Ultimate, Premium, and Professional editions allow extensions/plugins and are compatible
- You must run Visual Studio as Administrator
Source Control - Standalone version on a machine without Visual Studio:

| | Test Scheduling - SQL Server or SQL Express (2005 or 2008) installed on the Scheduling Server
Load Testing - Windows XP SP3 or above to run Load Tests (as Host, Controller, Reporter, or Agent)
- Windows XP 64-bit and Server 2003 are not supported (can run Load Tests against site hosted on Server 2003, but not on it)
- SQL Server or SQL Express (2008 or 2010) installed on Reporter.
Beta Software - Operating Systems and web browsers in the beta stage are not supported
