Test Studio VS plugin

    • Ultimate, Premium, and Professional editions allow extensions/plugins and are compatible
    • You must run Visual Studio as Administrator

Data Binding

  • Microsoft Office installation or AccessDatabaseEngine 2008 or above (x86 redistributable)

Test Scheduling

  • SQL Server or SQL Express (2005, 2008, or 2012) installed on the Scheduling Server

Load Testing

  • Windows XP SP3 or above to run Load Tests (as Host, Controller, Reporter, or Agent)
    • Windows XP 64-bit is not supported (can target Load Tests against a site hosted on that OS, but cannot run Load Tests through Test Studio directly on it)
  • SQL Server or SQL Express (2008 or 2010) installed on Reporter

Standalone version on a machine without Visual Studio:
