Export grouped grid to CSV

Question: How do I export a grouped grid to CSV? 

Problem: The CSV export does not support grouping because CSV is not a hierarchical data format.

Solutions: There are three approaches you can take:

• Use the XLSX format that supports grouping.
• Use the following approach for the BIFF format: https://github.com/telerik/aspnet-sdk/tree/master/Grid/GridExportGroupedData.
• Use the sample attached below that replaces grouping with sorting to preserve the flow of data as much as possible, and also shows how to place the grouped column as the first column in the exported data to showcase the order.
