Microsoft is going to end the mainstream support for SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) on October 9th, 2012 (see on the official support lifecycle page), we also stopped the development of RadEditor for MOSS, just like we followed suit with the support for .NET 2.0. The last official release of RadEditor for MOSS is version 5.8.16 (Q2 2012), which is based on Telerik's ASP.NET Editor (version 2012.2.607).
