Hello Kwang,
Currently this feature is not available with the RadNavigation. Hence, I have created a public item on the matter, which you can track and vote fore:

In addition, currently you can apply a workaround, in order to achieve the desired functionality, by addition a dummy node and style it as separator. In the attachment you can find a simple example, demonstrating the implementation of the above suggested approach.
