The Telerik ASP.NET Editor responsive features not working when adding the Skin="Bootstrap"

Are you able to reproduce the reported issue in the following live demo? I tried but without success. Can you please see my test in the following video and let me know what I am missing and what exact scenario is? You can also record how to reproduce the issue and send it for examination.
