Telerik Control Panel Installer

    Keeps saying time after time it is a bit old, even after installing new version.

    Hi Marc,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Currently the Telerik Control Panel old version has been deprecated so that's why the upgrade process is a bit different. Тo perform an Update please follow these steps:
    1. Download the latest Telerik Control Panel from here
    2. Start the executable "TelerikControlPanelSetup_2016_4_1514_1.exe"
    3. Perform an install or modify action of a product to successfully install the latest version of Telerik Control Panel

    This does not work for me. The link is ok, however the installer errors: "Internet Connectivity Failure, URL: https://identity.telerik.com/v2/oauth/telerik/token"

    There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection - also the website in the error does not appear to exist.

    Hi Mark,

    Your case is slightly different that the one answered in this thread. However this behavior indicates that Telerik Control Panel is unable to connect to our services. Please take a look at this thread as it seems to be the same issue.
