Rad window over rad Menu

Hai,
I have a rad menu & and a link button in a row.
On link button click I'm calling a modal rad window.
All other items in the page will now be under the rad window, but the menu is over the rad window.
Plz help.

You can easily fix this behavior by lowering the z-index of the menu:

<telerik:RadMenu ID="RadMenu1" runat="server" Style="z-index: 2000">
