Hello,
RadButton supports setting keyboard shortcuts using the AccessKey property. This enables you to invoke the click using the browser's shortcut combination + the access key.

If you would like to change the key according to certain circumstances you can set appropriate value of the AccessKey property in the code behind accordingly.
