Hello Jessie,
The RadCaptcha for ASP.NET is not supported by ASP.NET MVC. This stems from the fact that RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax depend on the ASP.NET Page and control lifecycle, which is not available in ASP.NET MVC.

It is still not possible to implement RadCaptcha for ASP.NET AJAX in an ASP.NET MVC project, because it is not designed for an MVC environment. You can check the following help article for more information on the case: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/mvc-integration-with-telerik-ui-for-aspnet-ajax.html
You could check whether there is a feature request for adding a captcha control in the UI for ASP.NET MVC suite and log one in case it has not been done yet.

Hi folks,
Please, submit your votes to raise the priority of the Captcha implementation for the MVC suite. Right now the community demand is pretty low in the Feedback portal and we do not plan to implement it soon since there are more requested items.

I am afraid that we do not have plans for a captcha component in the R2 2017 release, but please vote for its implementation at http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-kendo-ui-feedback/suggestions/3003067-captcha.
