You can download the previous and latest releases of the HelpDesk application (the current version is called WebMail) from this code library thread.

Can't find older versions.
Why did you create multiple pages for the main areas (mail, calendar, contact and notes) and not user controls that load into main pane depending on selection?

Hello Bryan,
The available versions of the WebMail application are listed in the listed code library entry.
Indeed we decided to use separate pages for the main areas, however if you prefer you can isolate the logic into user controls and load them dynamically on a main page based on the selection.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Thank you Sebastian,
I was just wondering why you chose to do it this way? Was it because of performance issues, possible errors or simplifying update of code for pages?

Hello Bryan,
We chose this schema because this separation seems logical to us (in terms of further customizations) and subsequent code updates (with each new major version of the controls) would be pretty straight-forward.
