Show AjaxProgress on Parent page after RadWindow Close

Hi

I have a very irritating problem. I have a MasterPage and a Content Page. The content page is opening a Radwindow where the user is entering info. When the user closes the RadWindow I call the PostBack Function of a Linkbutton called Test. This works perfectly and the postback happens every time the RadWindow is closed to update the interface on the Content Page to reflect the changes made in the RadWindow. Only problem is, I have created a AjaxUpdatePanel and AjaxUpdateProgress in the area where the Linkbutton Test is. When I click the "Test" linkbutton on the Content Page I see the update panel showing the ajax indicator. But when I call the function to call the Postback event of "Test" on RadWindow Close, I don't get the Ajax Updating Indicator.

Here's my code on the Master Page for the postback:

And here's my VB code that posts back for the "Test" linkbutton:

So as I said before, everything works fine when I physicallly click the "Test" linkbutton (it posts back and shows the Ajax Update Indicator). And when I close the RadWindow it actually posts back and does everything that I want it to do in the GetPPStatus() sub except it's not showing the ajax indicator.

Any help would be appreciated!

wrong styled combobox

Hi,

I use the latest version (1314). In my app, all Combos renders different as before. The button looks displaced. (see attachement)
What has changed?

[Solved] Resource rows background color

Hi

I'm testing scheduler's component for ASP and some questions.

1. Is it possible to set different styles for resource's rows, not for appointments? I'm trying to do this, but didn't succed.

2. Are there any descriptions of ALL control's features? RAD control's documentation provides not much information, only names, without descriptions. :(

RadGrid Paging problem

Hello there

I am using RAD Grid version 2008.3.+ and i am having issue with paging.

Please take a look at attach jpg image. My grid shows only link for 1st page but total pages are 11. I am using vista skin and NextPrevAndNumeric pager mode.

What i am doing wrong?

I am using same code as given in following example.

Limit length of text in Edit Mode

I have a RadGrid that uses the standard edit mode form, and I am try to complete
the validation as in the declaration shown below:

The problem is that when the MaxLength property is set it prevents any chacters being entered in Edit mode. Insert Mode is OK

[Solved] Where is this style set....

I have setup a custom skin but it is based on the black skin. So, I copied the black skin into my website and renamed everything and got that part working. I have gotten 99.9% of my site looking as I want it now, but I can't find this one last piece. ComboBoxes show up with black background and black foreground. Can someone please tell me the setting in the ComboBox.css to change for this? I have changed a ton of them and none seem to effect it.

One Of My BoundColumn IS in Date Format In sql server 2008 (Not DateTime) and i want my rad grid show just date (without time) In this column Like In sql server 2008...
how can i do this ?
we just have system.datetime for this column not system.date or somethin like this ...

IE6 Bug?

Hi,

I've been evaluating the scheduler control for use in IE6 and have noticed what could be a bug - the date header on top of each column (e.g. from sample: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/scheduler/examples/timelineview/defaultcs.aspx) doesn't seem to move with the appointment rows when I scroll right.

Can you duplicate this issue? Can it be fixed?
