Hello Adi,
There are no major changes in RadComboBox since Q1 2009, except for the introduction of a base stylesheet in Q3 2009. Check this forum post for information on possible breaking changes. Another reason for such displacement can be a non-uniform zoom in IE8 (table zoom there is kind of broken) and can be easily observed in small zoom factors like 105% for instance. Can you check if you have zoom enabled in IE8 (if the issue happens there)?
If the issue persists, can you specify the version you are upgrading from and maybe send a sample project or a live URL so that we can try and reproduce it locally? Thank you in advance for your trouble.
