Official support is here for Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform in UI for Xamarin. You can now build beautiful cross-platform apps more easily than ever.

It’s been almost a month since we introduced our UWP support as a Beta in Telerik UI for Xamarin. Thank you to everyone who helped us test it—it was well accepted and gave us the confidence to continue further with this effort.

Official UWP Support in UI for Xamarin

As a result of the successful Beta, I am now happy to announce the official UWP support in UI for Xamarin. Now you can deploy your mobile apps to all three popular platforms today—iOS, Android and UWP.

Other Key UI for Xamarin Upgrades

We’ve been working hard on addressing issues and implementing more features across the existing components as well.

In one key example, the new Load-On-Demand property for the ListView can save the end-user big on their data plan. We also introduced numerous updates to DataForm, Calendar and Chart. You can check the complete release notes here.

Feedback

We're always interested in hearing your feedback on the latest release and features. If you have suggestions let us know in the comments below on in our Feedback Portal.
