Task Board Control

Splash Screen Control

Splash Screen is a highly-customizable control whose purpose is to be displayed when the app is loading and to keep the users informed of the loading progress. Almost every visual element of the screen—from its image, to animations and loading process visualization—can be customized to meet the design criteria of your WPF application and ensure consistent experience for the end user. The Splash Screen control has the following key features: 

• Customizable image content: Set your custom splash screen image
• Built-in progress bar: Use either the default indeterminate bar, or change it to one that indicates the loading progress
• Customizable content for the footer: Define a template and custom content for the footer
• Animations: Show, hide, modify, replace or remove animations

AgendaView mode in RadScheduleView

Telerik’s Schedule View for WPF control now has a brand-new view mode—Agenda View. Agenda View enables you to chronologically display a list of appointments grouped by date. You can easily customize how the Agenda View list is visualized—everything from setting custom date and time formats to modifying the styling of each text label and setting the number of visible days.

Syntax Editor is Now Official

The last release of Telerik’s UI suite for WPF featured a beta version of a Syntax Editor—a powerful text editor with built-in highlighting and code editing capabilities for popular languages. With the first release of the new year, we will be shipping the official version of the control with new, awesome features—an out-of-the-box support for touch gestures, new VB and XML language folding tagger, improvements in the C# tagger, flexible folding customizations and improved find and teleprompt! Toolbox Support for .NET Core

Recently, Microsoft introduced support for toolbox when using .NET Core in WPF project. For the time being, toolbox is only being supported when nuget references are used. We are happy to share that R1 2020 of Telerik UI for WPF ships a toolbox support for WPF .NET Core projects when using the Telerik Nuget packages, so you can continue to have the rapid application development while being on the latest tech stack.  

Enhanced Dock High DPI Support

Windows 10 brought per monitor DPI setting and in this release, we made sure that high DPI support is a first class citizen in the WPF Docking control.  

Customizing the File Dialogs Context Menus

Telerik’s File Dialogs for WPF come with a new feature which equips users with the ability to easily show/hide the context menus, such as “New Folder” or “Properties”.
