Breaking Changes

• Encapsulated the old embedded Kendo scripts to allow coexistence with externally referenced Kendo scripts on the same page.
• To disable the Embedded jQuery, you must set the EnableEmbeddedjQuery="false" and ExternaljQueryUrl="link_to_your_jQuery".
