    Requirements

    Kendo UI Suite and Version: v2012.1.515

    jQuery Version:  1.7.1 

    Supported Browsers and Platforms:  SharePoint 2010

    Components/Widgets used:  kendoTreeView 

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION 
    This project uses SharePoint Sandbox Visual Web Part, to add kendoTreeView by binding ASP.NET TreeView control.  A sample web part page is created /SiteAssets/TreeViewDemo.aspx.

    SharePoint Script on Demand (SP.SOD) is used to load jQuery & Kendo javascript; this contains updated content from previous post.

    This is ancient, but in case someone else has the "Cannot start service SPUserCodeV" error, goto administrative tools-services and make sure the service is not disabled, then go to SharePoint Central Admin and start the service.

    This solution was written for SharePoint 2010 sandbox service, Microsoft has announced the Sandbox service in the future will not support code execution.  This sandbox solution requires code execution since it overides the .NET TreeView control to embed the KendoUI control client-side.
