Hi, I need to add a windows media content in a content editor, both web part and WCM placeholder.

I know, I can do it quite easily. The only difference is that I have to add streaming video address, like mms://82.76.253.18/antena3 (just an example taken on the web).

Is it possible? How can I do?

Thanks
Riccardo

Hi Riccardo,

Could you please clarify how exactly do you plan to insert the windows media content? Using the Media Manager dialog? In addition, which version of RadEditor for MOSS are you using? Note that, in the new ASP.NET AJAX version of RadEditor for MOSS (5.x) it is possible to modify the content to be inserted into RadEditor using the editor's OnClientPasteHtml event. For more information on how to achieve the desired behavior please review the following articles:

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Hi George, I'd like to insert the windows media using the media manager. When I have to insert the source file I'd like to insert the url of the streaming media file and not a physical one.

I'm using the latest version of RadEditor for MOSS, I got if a few days ago from your download site.

Now I'll take a look to the resources that you suggested me, thank you.
