Which version do i use?

Hi, just want to know which is the later version:

RadControls for ASP.NET Q3 2007, or
RadControls 'Prometheus' for ASP.NET Q3 2007.

Whats the major differences between them. Also, can you use these two versions together, or just use the latest one?
