Which is the best way to define some properties in RadGrid, in special localization propereties, and reuse in other projects?

ps: without the old, famous and not so good: CUT & PASTE.

What about if i want to add some c# code as well, and reuse this grid after?

You can define the grid in a UserControl to achieve this.
