In online demo page http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/controls/examples/default/defaultcs.aspx it says that Version Q2 2012 released 08/15/2012 but the latest available release is 2012.2 724 (Jul 24, 2012)?

2012.2.815 is a refresh build, which contains only VS 2012 designers improvements and IE 10 fixes. It's available for download - see for reference the attached screenshot.

Just installed the control panel but it is the same - new available version is 2012.7.24.

From "Available downloads for DevDraft" page - RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX - click to "Browse all product files".
Under Visual Studio 2012 section there is a file named - Visual Studio 2012 Refresh (Q2 2012 SP1)
