Where Does The Check Box Come From

I am just going through the examples in Scheuler.

Here is an example which I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEEN DONE

Where does the two check box comes from  ALL DAY and RECURRING TASK.

That is where is the coding for these two check box and etc.
