Weird issue with Telerik controls for AJAX

I'm attempting to use the latest version of the Telerik controls, I have added my references in the ASP.NET project as shown in the attached image, but keep getting the errors in the 2nd attached image. Can someone help me with that

Generally, you can check the following article for similar problems, however, in your case it seems that the problem is related to referencing the Telerik controls either in the web.config or the mark-up page:

You can download and run sample code-library web sites to check the applied configuration:

Unfortunately that link provides no help for me. I have referenced the Telerik.Web.UI dll file (added a new Telerik Web Application) and still get the same errors.

Hello,

It is rather strange that deleting the old references and adding new ones does not resolve the problem. Could you please send us a sample application which we can inspect? It does not need to contain the dll files as we will attach them on our end. Also please ensure that the problem is not due to a missing using.
