Hi The following Web resource is not loading with the latest telerik version 2024.****. and affecting pagination.  Can you please help if there is any css or C# code that may affect.

The application is built on asp.net 4.8 webforms.  Also could you kindly treat it as high priority as its impacting clients.

Issue :  The height and space margins are varying.

Kindly let us know if you need further details

Best Regards,

Sunil Shankar S R

Hi Sunil,

Thank you for the details and for sharing the attached file.

We tested the reported behavior with the latest release of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX - 2025 Q4 (version 2025.4.1321) and we are not able to reproduce an issue with missing web resources, pagination, or inconsistent height/spacing out of the box.

Please note that your current 2024 version is affected by a known security vulnerability:
https://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/documentation/knowledge-base/kb-security-unsafe-reflection-cve-2025-3600
For this reason, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version (2025.4.1321).

If an immediate upgrade is not possible, you can try the following to isolate the cause:

  1. Enable Telerik CDN to ensure scripts/styles load consistently:
    https://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/documentation/controls/scriptmanager/cdn-support/overview#how-to-enable-telerik-cdn
  2. Switch RenderMode (Classic vs Lightweight) for the affected controls:
    https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/styling/controlling-visual-appearance/render-modes
  3. Change the Skin temporarily (e.g., Default / Bootstrap / Silk) to check whether custom CSS overrides are causing the varying height/margins.
  4. Review custom/global CSS that targets grid/pager markup (common offenders are global rules for tables, divs, line-height, padding, margin, or box-sizing).
  5. Apply all mitigations from the security KB above, even if you stay on 2024 temporarily.

To move this forward efficiently, please open a Telerik Support ticket and attach a simple runnable project that reproduces the issue (ASP.NET WebForms .NET Framework 4.8), ideally with the minimal pages, CSS, and Telerik configuration needed to see the varying height/margins and pagination impact.

Once we have a runnable reproduction, we can test it side-by-side with 2025.4.1321 and advise the best fix or workaround.

Regards,
Rumen
