[Solved] Web Site Speed

Hi Telerik Team,
I hope you can help me with my problem, I need your advise with what I am passing through now, I build a web site using the Telerik Controls, I uploaded and publish my web site on Internet but the problem is I am suffering from the slow down of the site !! I wait for time just waiting for one page to dispaly, from your experience in Web can you please help me and advise me what concept I have to base on during my Web Site programming to make my site work faster ? Is there any thing I should do or avoid ?
