Virutal Scrolling and paging

I have defined a grid with size of 20. After adopting the above method, the grid size has been automatically reduced to 14. Is this the normal behaviour in using this approach?

I found the difference between your sample and mine is the height being fixed. Once I set the height, all rows are displayed as expected.
