validate button button click with radconfirm and then postback as normal

I am trying to validate a button click on a rad toolbar control.

I want the user to click the button...It will prompt the user with a yes/cancel radconfirm dialog...upon clicking 'yes' the button will resume normal functionality and postback. if they click "cancel' then the dialog will close and the page will not postback.
