Using the Tooltip Manager on RadChart series Items

How Do I do it? I've seen the example for a problem exactly as mine, but the solution code used a static RadGrid. My RadGrid is created programatically and that method wont work. HELP. Thanks

Do you mean tooltip with RadChart? I believe you have seen this example. I have created a small example, using a similar approach but with programmatically created RadChart. You can find it attached.
