Is it possible (or recommended) to use both Telerik MVC controls and Telerik Asp.net Ajax Radcontrols in the same MVC3 / EF 4 application?

I just noticed that the rad controls offer a lot more controls (nice!) - just wondering how one would go about using those also with the Telerik MVC controls.

If not recommended - are there plans to port the Rad Controls to your Telerik MVC Controls framework?

Hello Rene,

Although theoretically it is possible to use our ASP.NET AJAX and MVC components in the same MVC 3 project (see this section of our AJAX controls documentation), it is recommended to use our MVC extensions only because they are native components following strictly the MVC paradigm.

We will be gradually extending our MVC offering with new components and features for the existing extensions, and in the meantime you can concede to use some of our AJAX components which do not have MVC counterparts yet.

Kind regards,
Sebastian
