[Solved] Using Asp.net Linkbuttons in the place of the default Update/Cancel/Insert link buttons in GridEditCommandColumn

I need to use Asp.net Linkbuttons in the place of the default Update/Cancel/Insert link buttons in  GridEditCommandColumn.
 
I am using the In Place editing mode  of the  Rad Grid.

Please address this issue asap.
