Urgent Issue

Hi Telerik,

We baught Telerik controls two years ago, and our product is online this year, unfortunately now we are suffering from the memory leak issue of the Grid control in product environment; we used Telerik grid a lot in our solution, and we have to fix this issue or our customer will not happy. I notice there was a service package in 2008 (Q2 2008 SP2 ) which fixed some memory leak issue; I want to confirm if our product can apply this service package;

RadGrid.Net2.dll -- 4.6.2.0
RadCalendar.Net2.dll -- 2.0.2.0
RadTabStrip.Net2.dll -- 3.4.2.0
RadPanelbar.Net2.dll -- 4.1.2.0
RadInput.Net2.dll -- 1.5.2.0
RadWindow.Net2.dll -- 1.7.2.0

It's a very urgent issue, please help, thanks a lot!

Yes, your company has a currently valid license for the latest versions of RadGrid and the other controls listed in your post. I have sent you an email with a screenshot how to download these.
