Hi, I have a scheduler and 2 listbox on a project and it is working fine all along.

But out of a sudden, all telerik controls cannot be display properly. Attached below shows how it is displayed.

It is a urgent matter, hope to receive good news and reply as soon as possible.

Cheers!

Hello Sherman,

I am not quite sure about the scenario and most probably this type of issue happens when you are having some global CSS which overrides the control appearance. Check out the following forum which discussed similar scenario.
http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/window/radwindow-displays-icons-at-the-bottom-of-the-window.aspx#1649595.

Thanks,
Shinu.

Hi guys,

I don't think that the problem is in a global style - it seems that the CSS for the controls have not been loaded at all.
Sherman, have you done any changes in the controls' configuration? Such problem could occur for example if you have set EnableEmbeddedSkins / EnableEmbeddedBaseStylesheet to false and did not provide a custom skin.
You could also use Fiddler in IE, Firebug in Firefox or Chrome's debugging tools to see why the resources are not loaded.

Hi again Sherman,

It seems that the problem might be in the browser - there are such problems reported with Chrome. An alternative reason might be an extension / addon that you have installed, that disables the CSS rendering in the browser. Try clearing your browser's cache as suggested in the linked article and see if the problem persists.

Could you provide a live Url with login credentials (if needed) so I can check it? If you don't want to provide that information in public, please open a support ticket and add in the subject a reference to this forum thread (ID:440756)
