Currently we are have visual studio 2008 asp.net solution
which uses telerik controls  while upgrading to Visual studio 2013
solution the controls and its values don’t render as required .

Please help let us know how shall we upgrade solution to
Visual studio 2013 .

Hello,

Would you elaborate a bit more on the issue that you have?
What exactly do you mean with "controls and its values don't render as required"? Do you mean that all controls throw "Error Creating Control" in Visual Studio Design time or all controls are not rendered properly in the browser?
Also could you please check for any JavaScript errors shown in the browser developer tool?
Could you please also check if the Telerik.Web.UI assembly is referenced properly in your project?
It would be very helpful if you record a short video demonstrating this problem(Jing is a very useful screen-capture software you might use).
