Are there updated instructions for creating a custom skin using the Q1 2009 version?
The portion of the video that covers editing the code to register the skin is not clear to me. Where exactly is he pasting the code from? And, I'm using VB not C# so where can I get the correct code snippet. Lastly, exactly where do I need to paste the code? It looks like it should go into the .vb file, is this correct?
