Unable to Reterieve value from radgrid

Hi ,

        I'm using master and contentpage in my project. In content page i use RadGrid. I followed the demos.telerik.com example to code radgrid. When i click Add New Record or Edit i see textbox poping up after giving inputs and when i click Update or Save i'm unable to reterieve values in code behind. Please help me out how to get ride of this scenario..
