Can you create a bar chart where the bar is coloured a different colour if it exceeds a specified value. e.g. The bars might normally be green but if the value is more than 10 the section above 10 is shown in red.
I can see that I could create two data series and then use a stacked bar chart but this requires a little manipulation of the data.

Unfortunately RadChart does not support such functionality. You will need to use StackedBar series in order to achieve the desirable effect.
