Hi,

I really like twitter boostrap and kendo UI, the combination is so powerful. I wonder if there is any kendo UI theme that fits to the twitter bootstrap design.

The silver theme is nice, but not perfect and destroys a little bit the design of the application.

Hi Braulio,

The Kendo team is preparing some design goodness (including Bootstrap-like theme) that will be available with the official release next week. Stay tuned!

Hello.

We are using a custom CSS ui based on bootstrap that we already use in our visual mvc4 projects.
We have seen Information about use CSS builder or change style, but there is done info how to use our style (for fields, text, buttons, and so on)

Thanks a lot

Hi Jose,

I am afraid I did not understand what are you trying to do, please clarify.

The ThemeBuilder is located at:

http://demos.kendoui.com/themebuilder/web.html

You can apply colors of your preference and then download the resulting CSS code.

Hello, sorry, more clear explanation.

we are working with MVC4 projects using knockout and a complete ccs style based on twitter bootstrap, this means that for example:

when we create a form of html5 elements on a page the page is responsive: the size of fields, the text, the layout, and so on.
or, also we have some css styles that create some popup messages when needed and some javascript classes to support this.

Well, we want to use KandoUI with MVC server wrappers, and dataviz but don't want to loose this things, the question is:

¿is there a way to (integrate/not use kendoUI styles/or whatever you think) into a visual studio project?

for example if you take a html5 template with all the html5/css3/jquery gadgets that have use it to create a MVC4 project with kendoUI?

Thanks

Hi Jose,

Kendo UI provides a Bootstrap theme, which is consistent with the Twitter Bootstrap styles. You can use it to style Kendo UI widgets. If this theme does not serve your purpose, you can do one of the following:

+ override it
+ modify it
+ create a new custom theme with our ThemeBuilder
+ create a new custom theme manually

All the best,
