[Solved] Trying to install controls for 2.0 app

i get this error everytime i try to add item to visual studio 2008 web developer edition

this is the folder i browse to get the dll
 C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2009\Bin

There was an error loading types from assembly C:\Documents and Settings\blubr\Desktop\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2009\Bin\Telerik.Weeb.UI.dll

could not load file or assembly system.web.extensions, Version=1.0.6.025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35 or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the specified file.
