Tree View Not Loaded

Why the TreeView get disappeared when  i refresh the page using  CTR+ F5..

I only Load the root nodes when first time the page is loaded by checking the ispostback property.

I will be thankful if u rply my post../... I also  posted two diff probs but none is replied..
