ToolTip of RadGrid's Cells stop to work after sorting columns

I use a radgrid to present my data. I assign some of its cells variable tooltips according to its value.
everything work fine, except when I sort a column by clicking on column header.
after sorting tooltips stop to show.
when I refresh the page I'm able to see them again.

I tested the demo which Princy has provided and it worked correctly on my side. Could you please let me know if the problem you are facing could be replicated on the same demo on your end.
