Times in Time Picker are not visible

Hello,
The times in my time picker are not visible.
I even detached my sites style sheet to see it was causing it - and it its not

The source of the provided web page shows that the timeview has cells, but there is no text in the hyperlinks. How is your TimePicker declared? Are you trying to bind it to some datasource? If yes, then please try using the latest version and refer to the following online demo:

I found it, a bad TimeTemplate was made:
