Hello Glenn,
Unfortunately, such scenario cannot be achieved using RadScheduler. The main limitation is that the time slots cannot support more than 24 hours, not to speak of a year.
Nevertheless, we will consider adding this functionality in the future. Thank you for the suggestion.
