this._data is null or not an object

I am getting this upon page load of any page which has a tab control under hotfix 814. The error is being thrown by getValue, when _b1  = "isBreak".

Would I be right in thinking that this has been fixed in a later hotfix?

Unfortunately, the provided info is not enough for us to find or solve the problem you are facing. Could you please paste your ASPX and code-behind in this forum post so that we can reproduce and pinpoint the problem on our side, understand the logic of your application and provide a solution.

Hi Paul

I can reproduce it with the following :

<tel:RadTabStrip ID="tsTabStrip" runat="server">
                <Tabs>
                  <tel:RadTab Text="A"></tel:RadTab>
                </Tabs>
</tel:RadTabStrip> 

That's it - nothing else on the page except a scriptmanager, and nothing in the codebehind.

This is only with hotfix 814. I don't experience the problem with Q2 2008.

Hotfix 814 is a daily internal build. Although we attach internal builds to some forum posts/support tickets, we do not claim they are stable enough and such problems may arise.

As on the particular issue, we tested your code using the latest internal build (822), but we were not able to reproduce the issue. If you need a licensed version of that build please open a support ticket.
